  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi, guys!
I am hosting nearly 20 domains on a Plesk server. All domains can send and receive e-mails. Except of one, which formerly worked, which cant receive any e-mail anymore. Sending e-mails is working.
Mxtoolbox sais all is fine and plesk repair mail did nothing (found zero warnings and zero resolved errors, zero error messages).
Sending external Mail to receipient to this particular domain, it sais error "5.5.4 571 <[email protected]> Relay access denied".
What is going on? No, the domain is a not an IDN-domain.
Can someone push me in to the right direction?
Thank you!

hi @Olma67 ,
is your domain having the same IP assigned that it is resolved to?
you also can check your /etc/hosts, probably it contains wrong record for this domain.

Does /var/spool/postfix/plesk/virtual_domains.db contain that domain? (Unfortunately I don't know what this map file is generated from.)
