• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

   reply to RCPT TO command)

I get error when I sent mail to Plesk server on CentOS. I can send mail from it, but cannot receive it. I have masked user and IP in code above. Found like 5 issues here and couldn't fix it with their recommendations. What can i do?

Thanks

hello @gpistotnik ,
are the sender and recipient domains both at the same Plesk server ?

if sender and recipient at different servers, is recipient's domain (from the TO field) hosted at the destination Plesk server ?
is it resolves correctly for the sender server ?

what is the Mail server configuration at the recipients Plesk server?
is it self-hosted postfix or msmtp configuration ?

the maillog that you provided - it is from sender or recipient server ?

Hello! The sender is gmail, icloud and my another mail server. On all of them same outcome. The maillog gets sent to sender, failure on delivery and saved into plesk mail log. Domain is pointing correctly. It is postfix server. What mail server configuration would you like to see?
