We are using qmail in plesk for relaying mail via smtp.
we have a hostmaster account, which plesk uses to send mail. everything is OK as long as plesk is sending mail to other mail domains than the one he is belonging to..
here goes:
our domain plesk_domain.com have a hostmaster account hostmaster@plesk_domain.com when we have clients in the same mail domain, they dont get any mails what so ever. but If we send mail from plesk to an hotmail adress everything is OK.
but this is not the end.. we have a provider for mail, and we have found out that all our customers using this provider, dont get mail either...... but customers who have their own mailsystems with other providers works at a glance..
what is going on here??.. this in not an upgrade issue. it was like this when we was running 7.5.4 aswell..
please help us... our customers dont get mails that their quota is exceeded.. and hostmaster does not get the message either...
