• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello,

I am having problems receiving mail from a specific server, in reviewing the log I can see how sometimes blocks emails showing a message in the log relaylock.

Aug 17 17:07:18 server1 relaylock: /var/qmail/bin/relaylock: mail from 81.188.89.90:1393 (smtp.idnet.iddi.com)
Aug 17 17:07:19 server1 relaylock: /var/qmail/bin/relaylock: mail from 81.188.89.90:1394 (smtp.idnet.iddi.com)

The fact is that sometimes the mail comes from this well-ip, how can I fix this?.

Thank you.

Hello,

Check your maill log at /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog for the errors like

Mar 12 11:27:14 plesk relaylock: /var/qmail/bin/relaylock: Unable to query ip addresses from smtp_poplocks, smtp-poplock will not work: not
an error
Mar 12 11:27:20 plesk relaylock: /var/qmail/bin/relaylock: Unable to delete expired smtp_poplocks: database is locked

If they exist, follow the Knowledge Base article

[Info] Errors "database is locked" are shown in maillog. That cause them?
