Release notes (here) are pretty slim:

[*] Security improvements for WordPress installations.​

Can we have some details on what has been changed? We have quite a few WordPress installations running on our Plesk server so this is very relevant to me.

There were some changes in wpConfigPermissions.php regarding permissions for wp-config.
