Relocation Error

Plesk give's me an error, that no new configuration files for apache could be created because of errors in the templates.
I tried to execute httpdmng and get the following error:

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
/usr/bin/sw-engine: relocation error: /usr/lib64/libmyodbc5.so: symbol strmov, version libmysqlclient_16 not defined in file libmysqlclient_r.so.16 with link time reference

I recently updated MySQL from Atomic-Repo, is that the problem? What should I do to fix this?

i can't install mysqlclient16 because it's obsoleted:

Package mysqlclient16-5.1.57-1.el6.art.x86_64 is obsoleted by mysql-5.1.58-1.el6.art.x86_64 which is already installed

how can we fix this ?

i had to downgrade MySQL back to version 5.1.52 because i didn't find a solution...
