Remote Administration?

I was trying to find documentation how to use Remote Admin module but cant find anything
Are there a official documentation for that ?

Documentation for SBM module goes with psa-sbm package and you can find it on your server here:

PSA_ROOT/admin/htdocs/modules/sbm3/locales/en-US/help
