remote backup to another plesk server?

I want to backup a plesk 7.5 server to a backup drive in another plesk server but im buggered if i can find a way to get FTP to connect to it

is there a specific way to setup an administrator FTP account on the backup server that i can connect to?

anyone shed any light on this?
