Removal of PHP 4.x and Add PHP 5.3

The only issue I have found with plesk 10.x and PHP 5.3 is the incompatibility with MySQL 5.5.9. In the future could you write php 5.3 into the CP to either replace 4.x (antiquated) or as an additional choice. Right now we basically remove 4.x from the PHP folder and install 5.3 into it.

Now we have discussion about complete elimination of old PHP4 from hosting options.
