Remove and reinstall Apache Tomcat

Hi,
i have a problem with Apache Tomcat. I can't remove and reinstall it because the system finds some installation files of Plesk 7.6 (i have tried to upgrade the control panel but then i have not continued the installation).

In which way i can remove these installation files? So i can reinstall again Tomcat.

Please help me!
