remove cloudflare app

hi,
I was told that "Oddly, Plesk allows for the same plugin to be installed mutliple times"
i cannot remove cloudflare apps from both user and admin panel.

I have clicked remove a million times from the user panel but it still shows.
I have clicked remove a million times from the admin panel but it still shows.

Any kind assistance in this would be greatly appreciated,
