It is sometimes a good idea to increase the log - level for your Plesk Control Panel, in order to get a more verbose output in your log - file. How to enable/disable debug logging in Plesk 11.5 and up? ( KB - article 120 101 ) If you would like more help with your investigations, pls. consider to post the Plesk Control Panel - log - file.
