Remove old ip

I can not remove my old ip from plesk. Could someone help?
There is no host on this ip?


Error: The IP address 46.20.154.36 is already used for hosting.

It is database inconsistency. Contact Support Team if you are not familiar with SQL. They will fix this issue directly on your server.
