• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

removing default plesk 9 icons

I've been trying to figure out why I can removed some Plesk icons from the Client view.

I'm going to Home -> Interface Management -> Home Page Presets. I am editing the 'Default Client Home Page' and specifically there are two options I want to remove, but can't.

1st is 'Domain Templates'. We do not want this option enabled for clients. I've removed it from the 'Seleted actions' and unchecked the options for it. However, when I go to domains when logged in as a client, the option is still available. :(

The other icon I would like to remove is the 'Mail Settings' icon. This server is not going to be handling mail. I haven't found an option to disable the icons though.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something or it just doesn't work. If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks!
