Question Replacing a live ASP/mysql website with wordpress

Hi ,

I have a client that has a live website running asp/mysql..a new wordpress website has been created and i need to replace the asp/mysql website with the new wordpress website.. whats the best way to go about doing this. I have never used plesk/windows before so dont know how to do this .. i have installed wordpress on plesk/windows before but never replaced an existing non-wordpress website with wordpress

any advice would be much appreciated.

Can I just rename the existing /httpdocs ,. create a new one , install wordpress and upload the new site?
