  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Report of web users (gone from 8.6)

Matt Simonsen

New Pleskian
In Plesk 8.6, under reports you could see a list of all mailboxes, redirects, etc.

This report seems to be gone under Plesk9. My goal is a daily email, or at least a simple way (through the control panel) to report and copy+paste addresses into a list (like Excel).

I could cron a SQL command, but prefer a built in.

Thanks!

Hello Matt,

Is that what you are looking for:

http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PPP9/Doc/en-US/plesk-9.0-administrators-guide/59251.htm

Also note that during installation of Parallels Plesk Panel, the following tasks are automatically created:

* autoreport.php – delivers daily, weekly and monthly reports on clients and domains (three separate tasks)
* backupmng – initiates scheduled backing up of domains once every 30 minutes
* statistics – generates statistics on the limits imposed on domains, such as traffic, disk usage, and so on
* mysqldump.sh - creates a backup copy of three MySQL databases: psadump, MySQL, and Horde data

For more details, see http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PPP9/Doc/en-US/plesk-9.0-administrators-guide/59415.htm

This is exactly what I'm looking for. However, I read the following, but do not know the section:

Go to Clients > client name > Summary Report....

Summary report isn't there. Am I simply missing a Plesk reporting package?

Thanks,
Matt

Hello Matt,

In Plesk 9, Summary Report is "hidden" in a drop-down menu under Statistics. Hope you will find it there.
