Issue Reported sizes don't match up with actual sizes

Hi
A couple of subsciptions a reporting overuse. Checking Files, Database and email don't reveal an overuse. This situation has been like this for over a month.

How do we reset the overuse state?

Go to Tools & Settings > Server Settings and check "Include in the disk space usage calculation" option. Make sure that backup files are not included in the disk space usage calculation.
