Issue Required PHP extension not found installing Magento with Softaculous

Hello everyone. I'm quite baffled by this problem.

I'm trying to install Magento using Softaculous, and I get this error message:

The following errors were found :

Required PHP extension not found : intl
Required PHP extension not found : soap

However, and this is where I'm lost, both intl and soap are enabled on this subdomain:









Version: Plesk Obsidian v18.0.28_build1800200703.14 os_Ubuntu 18.04

I Googled extensively, but couldn't find a solution. Do you know what this could be?

Looks like you tries to install an unsupported version of Magento 2.3.5.
Supported Magento versions are listed here: Which Magento versions are supported by Plesk?
