Reseller and Client Account

Hello,

As i understand the Client in Plesk is like a Reseller account, so how can make a reseller (Client) that can create client accounts?

What i intent is, if i reate a domain that domain user canot add noew domains, so if a customer need to host 3 domains i need to create 3 accounts for him, right?

So if i create a Reseller account with unlimited domains, he can create accounts for his customers, so how can a customer of him add more domains? he has to create a new account for that client?

This is not very logic, is there anything like the addon domains in cPanel?
