We just completed a fresh install of Plesk 7.6 and everything is working except for a problem dispalying the sitebuilder admin portion of the control panel when logged in from a web browser externally (from the internet). The browser gives a page can not be displayed error message.

If I log into the controll panel on the webserver itself using the reseller or client login the sitebuilder admin area displays correctly.

Any Ideas?
 
hey there

it could be that something in your machine or network is blocking the access to the sitebuilder port

sitebuilder administration uses port 2006, even inside plesk

i guess it will work if you find any protection and remove it
