Reseller CP - red question mark

Hi,
Some customer created on Reseller CP are with a red question mark, someone knows whats up? What's red question mark means?

As far as I remember the subscriptions with red question mark have 'Expiration Date' set to today.

I just see, but it's Unlimited (Expiration date = Unlimited)
