• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Dear All,

A month ago I noticed that I could not login into my plesk control panel and so I logged
into my server and found that plesk was disabled. What I did then was

Start-> All Programs -> Parallels -> Plesk -> Plesk Services Monitor

and restart plesk and everything was fine.

Now again I found the same problem and I repeated the steps above. This time
It is getting started and is stopped again in 30 seconds or so..

I contacted my hosting support to see if they can help and this is what they say.

At this time, we are not able to start Plesk on your server. We were unable to find any errors for this issue in the event viewer on your server but did receive the following error when attempting to start Plesk :
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Can someone help me please.

Prasad.
