Question restore backup site

Hello,

I put backups in place, but only on certain sites via: Websites & Domains --> naneofthesite.fr -->
Backup manager.

I don't want to set up a full backup of the server.

So I wanted to know if one day, for example, I had to reinstall my plesk server completely, could I restore this backup? Although it is made on another server?
