Restore deleted account with backup

hi.


i want to know how to restore a account deleted using a backup previuosly created.

in linux in cpanel its is possible, in plesk is it possible?, i have the backup and i upload the backup in the backup manager, and the backup is in the repository, but i dont know how to use the backup in the repository and where is located these repository.
