Restore Failing PSA Factory not found

Hi all

I am trying to restore a customer accidently deleted by one of my resellers.

I issue the command:

pleskrestore.exe --restore g:\Plesk\Backup\Full_Backup_info_1310260202.xml -level domains -filter list:domaintoberestored.co.uk

and get:

Could not find psa factory


any suggestions welcome

It is recommended to decrease the number of connections in windows registry. This will help you to get rid of the issue. When the number of connections are reduced, connection to the database should get established without any errors. For more details regarding the same, refer the below link:
