Restore from Back up

Hey People,

I want to restore a back up i heard previously in my Plesk Parallels 9.5.2

However, when i try to upload it to the server repository,it doesn't

I get the following message - The file you are trying to upload is not a Plesk backup file, or it is a backup file from older version of Plesk. In the latter case you have to use the backup converter utility to convert this backup file into backup format supported by current version of Plesk-

And the version was of the same version as the current plesk installation.

The back up is in zipped format by WinRar.

The backup is around 650MB

Sometimes when i try to restore the whole folder i get the following message- that the length size is exceeded.

Help me out

Most probably it is the reason of problem. Where is original backup that was created by Plesk backup manager?

The back up that i am trying to restore is in my Desktop.It is also in Zipped format

Nope, i have not tried to convert it at all.

The backup is in zipped format, around 650 MB.

And thats the state it was in from the back up manager previosly.


How do i convert it so that i can restore it ?

Plesk 9 back up

Hey man, i managed to upload my files to the server repository.

However, i cant restore ..I have tried to look for the restore option but it is not there

Kindly guide me in restoring the backup.
