• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

restore full backup to new server fails

Hi

I have a problem wherein I have plesk 9.2.3 full backup that I want to restore on a different server. The sticking point is at the Define IP Addresses Mapping page. It doesn't seem to know what the new server's ip address is.

I came across an old thread (http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=93457) that seemed to say that it may be possible to upload an ip mapping file in the format <old ip address><tab><new ip address>, but this didn't work.

Both the old server and the new server are dedicated servers with their own exclusive IP addresses.

Please can you help?

Thanks.
