restore of domain from plesk

hello group. i am fairly new to plesk, nontheless, i need help. we have loaded 7.5 on a linux box, and have setup an ftp backup schedule for a particular domain. the backup ran successfully, and it ftp'd the files to another server without errors (or so it seems). then, we delete the database and the httpdocs files from the server. now, we have tried to restore the backup, which performed, and here is the email i received:

Looks like the PSA database is detecting that the Mambo app is still installed for the domain (kept in a different table, i think it's 'siteapps') and since it errs on the side of caution, it is not restoring the domain's docroot folders/files just in case you have specified something wrong.
