Restore Plesk from FilesystemBackup

Hi there,

i was running in Problems with my installation of Ubuntu an need to reinstall it completely.
Now I have ab Backup of the whole Filesystem but not a Plesk-Backup. Can somebody tell me, which folders I need to copy back to the new Installation to restore Plesk??
