  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Restore Problem - Broken Pipe

I am trying to do pleskrestore on the command line.

I get this with -debug:

Backup file has wrong signature for this server
close failed: [Errno 32] Broken pipe
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<execution-result status="success"/>

It says success - but in fact the restore fails. Nothing is restored.

Did you tried to find more detailed restore logs in /usr/local/psa/PMM/logs ?

I tried - but there were a lot of files in the folder there. I could not find any useful, relevant info. Is there any documentation on those files?

(I did find, fortunately, that if I performed the restore from the control panel rather than the command line it worked OK)
