• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Restore problems on centos 3.3 with psa 7.5.1.

upon restore from backup got a lot of these:

Unable to add a system user ''Xxxxx'':usermng: Unable to add user: Xxxxx

The xxxx is just a blot out of actual user name. Restore failed to create system users that had first letter capitalized. Please fix in next release.

It's an issue with RedHat, you cannot add a capitalised username since RH9 I think. You need to convert to lowercase, or some alternative username, then retry.

Ghm... thanks for the heads up will look into it. But plesk should consider this when restoring instead of just failing to create users.
