We are about to upgrade our Linux PLESK 8.6 to 10.3.1 with Web Precense Builder and are currently testing and evaluation the new features of Sitebuilder / Web Precense Builder and are a bit worried about the "Restore Snapshot" option.
If a customer is klicking the arrow placed to the side of "Restore Snapshot" he/she get's a list of auto- and manually stored snapshots. If he clicks a snapshot, a conformation box asking pops up and the custmer must conform that he wan't to actually restore the snapshot and that all changed will be lost. So far so good, the conformation text is very clear!
But if the customer click the button "Restore Snapshot" directly there is no conformation box shown and the content is immidiatly restored from the (latest?) snapshot. It would be easy to guess that a lot of customer will click the button "Restore Snapshot" in faith that they will have the option to choose a specific snapshot, or even just clicking around to look at the fatures. All the sudden all their work is lost and we will soon get a support call... ;-(
Is this a bug or problem that is already adressed in a hotfix, or can one please be provided? Or, can we disable the snapshot feature in hope that this will be fixed later on?
