Hi, everyone. I hope you're doing well.

Is there any option to restore only a specific mail from a specific user? I haven't found this option and I don't know what happen if I restore a full mailbox from backup (for example: duplicate existing messages, or another issue). Also, if there is a big mailbox to restore, restoring it completely may take a long time to finish.

In short: Every mail is a single file with an unique filename. So you can easily restore individual mails. This applies at least to Dovecot.
