Restore Template from published site

My client opened sitebuilder and his template was not there. The editor did not show the same layout as the published site.

I thought I saw a thread that explained how to fix this.

Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Can you point me to the thread?

First of all let client make sure that he/she did not click on "Remove Design Template" on Edit (step 4) of Parallels Sitebuilder wizard. If so, he should just click on the same step on "Restore Design Template" button at the left bottom corner.
Template itelft for the site can be selected on Step 2 - Design. If your client does not rememebr the template ID it is possible to show all templates and find proper one.
