Restoring from /old/var/lib/psa/dumps/

After messing things up on my server i reinstalled it.
The old data is in files in /old/var/lib/psa/dumps/
I would like to restore the data in there.
It is data from 50 sites. And most of them have several backupfiles in there.
My idea is to clean things up and only keep the files from the date the last backup was made.
But how to do the data after that is a mysterie to me.

The website files are in var/www/vhosts

If you copy this over after getting the databases back in place, then you should be set.
