Restoring server from slave!

My hard drive went to a read only Hard Drive, so the guys at tech support had to make a restore of the OS and set the hard drive as slave, I have all the info on that hard drive, but of course I couldnt use the option of backup that plesk gave me because it was all on read only file system

So I want to know how can I restore all this info that I have on the other hard drive

E-mails is one of my most important stuff.

I believe the Plesk Migration Manager can use another drive as a source for migration.
