Restrict access email client

Hi all,

Currently our server use Plesk panel 11.5 and our customer want to

1. restrict the access to only the PC and smart devise registered before
2. use one time password to log on to internet mail
=> As i research Plesk panel doesn't support that, isn't it ?
3. restrict all access through internet mail(only outlook is allowed)

Please help me to find a solution for this request.
