Restrict access to webstat directory

OS Linux 2.6.18-028stab091.2
Panel version 10.2.0

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE

I have a secuirty scanning softwre that asks me to restrict access to this url:
domain.com/webstat/current/awstats.DOMAIN.COM-http.errors404.html

This URL is created by Plesk somehow.
I have tried to restrict access with a .htaccess file with no success

ACTUAL RESULT
Access is not restricted

EXPECTED RESULT
Access restricted

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

How can I restrict access to those stats with Plesk?
