Retrieve E-Mail Passwords

Does anyone know how to retrieve user's e-mail passwords from psa, linux, or mysql?

Well you can look in the database but its a royal PITA to find.

Easiest way I have found is to install power toys. Very nice software, does what you need plus lots more and its free! (Donations are accepted by the publisher, and well deserved)
