RHEL and PHP xml-rpc support

Hi all,

I am running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.

It need the PHP built-in xml-rpc support:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.xmlrpc.php

It looks like it is not enabled on RHEL3.

Is there any way (e.g. additional RPM) to enable it w/o recompiling PHP?
