Root FTP Access

Hi All-

I'm relatively new to Plesk. We are using Plesk 8.1.1 on a Server 2003 box. FTP access seems to work ok for client domains when I run "check permissions" however our Web Designers need FTP access to D:\Inetput. It seems when we setup these accounts in windows it breaks Plesk and vice versa. Does anyone know how to setup a few root FTP accounts without breaking Plesk permissions?
