Root login / database empty

Is someone able to upload a fresh copy of the MySQL database (Windows version) of Site Builder after is has been installed. (.sql file)

Currently, our database is empty and it will not allow root/sitebuilder to login. We would like to restore a fresh working database, since the installation procedure has been difficult enough!

Attached is a clean, after installation database. Restore through PHPMyAdmin.
