  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Roundcube 1.5.2 downgrade to 1.4.12 by Plesk update

trujillo66

New Pleskian
Hello ,

I had updated Roundcube to 1.5.2 version. It was working fine! Later, during a Plesk upgrade, Roundcube 1.5.2 was downgraded to 1.4.12.

I can update again, but, Is it possible to disable automatic updates for Roundcube?

Best Regards,
Domingo Trujillo

This is possible through commandline in linux.
Execute this command:
apt-mark hold plesk-roundcube
The disadvantage is that you'll receive an update error everyday.

There is also a lock function in the plesk environment to lock it. That one didn't work for me.

The best solution is that plesk will update roundcube finally. But it think this will take a year.
