Roundcube Error 404 Not found;

Please help,

we have Plesk 12.0.18 for Linux installed on Centos 6.5 basic server x64,

webmail (roundcube is not working):

The requested URL /roundcube/index.php was not found on this server.
Apache Server at webmail.elcop.hr Port 80

All other functions are ok...

How to fix roundcube email?

Any errors in /var/log/plesk-roundcube/errors ?

Try to re-enable Roundcube with

# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/webmailmng --install --name=roundcube
# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/webmailmng --enable --name=roundcube

/var/log/plesk-roundcube/errors is empty...

re-enabling Roundcube didn't help.

I can create admin account for You to look what's wrong....

Could you solve this problem? Since the last update my horde stopped working, so I found out due to PHP Versions. (5.3..) and in any case I preferre Roundcube above Horde. So how did you solve this? I have exactly the same problem!

Hi, my problem was with DNS settings...

Can you give me any hint, what you changed to get it working? Because from my point of view my DNS settings look ok!
Maybe you can help me with that, please?

I didn't had DNS entries for my domain...
After I added adresses for external DNS server (from my provider) roundcube worked.
I disabled DNS service in Plesk, DNS servers remains in list and all working...
