Resolved Roundcube not opening when using the direct link

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian v18.0.59

When I try to access Roundcube using the direct link webmail.domain.com, it instead opens the web server's default page. However, if I access Roundcube through the Plesk control panel's email section using the direct access button, it opens the following link:

https://webmail.domain.com/roundcube/[email protected]

However, this displays an error message saying "File not found."

I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

I think it needs to be reinstalled through Plesk installer.
1) Remove it
2) Reinstall it

I did this and it's still the same
Anyway, I restored an old backup containing the server settings and the problem was solved.
