Plesk Version: 12.0.18 Update #68
OS: CentOS 6.7
RC Version: 1.1.3
Recently, might be update #68, roundcube started timing out when one of my users try to send mail. I've determined that the POST request to submit the email is coming back as a 500 error. The interface times out though.
HTTPD error log:
mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 45 seconds
Premature end of script headers: index.php
The user has web hosting disabled, can only use email. I created a test email account and that one could send emails with no problems. I tried reinstalling roundcube to no avail.
If I switch them to Horde it works. If they send from an email client, it works. So I'm fairly sure it's roundcube. Other email accounts can send from roundcube just fine. I'm out of ideas.
