Issue Roundcube webmail blank page

Hi,

I'm trying to use roundcube on a new server but I got a blank page when I go on webmail.exemple.com. I tried some solutions from plesk support but nothing worked so far.

Alternatively, I'm not sure how to check the errors log for roundcube, it is supposed to be /var/log/plesk-roundcube/errors ? I'm using the #tail errors command but there nothing displaying, am I doing this right ?

Php 7.3 is installed for roundcube
Php 8.0.15 with FPM application by nginx on my domain

What do you mean here? Did you perform some kind of customization of your Roundcube installed by default for Plesk?

No customization, but I had to install php 7.3 for roundcube to work (In the "add or remove component" section).

My website is on php 8.0.15

Roundcube needs as per standard PHP 7.4, not 7.3:

Have you tried it with a different system, e.g. a smartphone, too? Does it deliver a blank page, too?
