Roundmail mail problems

for some reason i can't receive any emails i can send but i can't send from roundcube or in Thunderbird. however the strange thing is i don't get an error back from my Hotmail, yahoo, gmail, or from roundcube itself.

Have you checked poundcube log and Plesk maillog files? Any results of troubleshooting?

Quick one: are you able to send your self? Ie, to the same domain hosted on your own server?

yes abdi i can send to myself from the same email address and i receive from the same email addy but not any others even on the same server i get "smtp error (205) authentication failed"

i can't find any logs for mail on the server (althought it is enabled) and theres none in roundcube.
