  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

I just set up my Windows server behind a router, and hardware based firewall on a dmz port. When I request a site I get a default plesk page. I am able to log into the box,and set everything up. All ports are open, I am using this plesk server as the dns server. I have the zone info setup with my public ip address. This way the domains will resolve to a public ip, now if I change the zone info and use he private ip of the server the pages will show up until they get resolved my the root dns servers and now point to a private address.

Is there a way to set plesk up to correct this problem?

Please any input would be great.
Thanks
SJ

I think you should assign all domains to private IP, but all DNS setting you should assign to public IP. Also you can create new DNS template to set these settings automatically.
