• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Running statistics asks for debugger

Hello,
I have a Windows 2003 server 32 bit, Plesk 8.6.
Server is brand new, just installed 2 weeks ago.

Statistics (website stats) do not run.

On the Scheduled tasks (in Remote desktop) they show up as running successfully, but on Application logs I get this:

An unhandled win32 exception occurred in statistics.exe [1412]. Just-In-Time debugging this exception failed with the following error: Debugger could not be started because no user is logged on.

If I run manually c:\program files\parallels\plesk\admin\bin\statistics --disk-usage gives me no errors, but when I try any of these (logged in as administrator):

--http-web-statistics

--all

--ftp-traffic

I get a window (called Visual Studio Just-In-Time debugger) saying that:

An unhandled win32 exception occurred in statistics.exe [5544]

Then asking me if I want to debug the application with New instance of Visual Studio 2005

Any ideas about how to solve this and what is wrong?

Thanks

Stefania
